The mission of this Province Network is to promotes Jesus’ healing through ministries of health and healing in body, mind and spirit in Dioceses and the congregations they serve.

Activities to date for the Network:

Several Dioceses utilized Living Compass (An Episcopal Wellness Initiative) Lenten  Meditation booklets for small group and individual studies.  For more information check out www.livingcompass.org

2. In the Diocese of No. CA a Women’s Retreat entitled “Practicing Presence: Skills for Life and  Singing” was held May 2-4, 2025 at Mercy Center Auburn, CA. The Presenter was  Ana Hernandez, noted composer and author.

3. Supported by a grant from the Clinton Global Initiative, Trinity Cathedral in Sacramento will  provide a workshop on Knowing Opoids: Empowering People of Faith on May 17, 2025.  Training and supplies for using Narcan and Fentanyl test strips will be distributed for i  individual and church use.

4. In the planning is a Webinar on Listening: To God and Each Other by the Episcopal Spiritual  Directors of the Diocese of No CA.

5. Continued support of development of Healing & Health Ministries in the Diocese of Idaho.

6. Province VIII has Mini-grants (Up to $500) available for healing and health projects. It is available due to a memoriam for Beverly Bennett R.N. , a former Network Coordinator.  ****Request assistance in getting the word out.
